Fresh Start is a redemptive social enterprise providing paid job training, transitional employment, and holistic support for individuals facing barriers to work—restoring dignity and creating pathways to lasting employment.
We also believe that shared tables and bread broken together are ancient ways of expressing love, belonging, and Gospel witness. Fresh Start seeks to be a place where hospitality becomes a bridge to relationship, community, and transformation.

Many individuals face significant barriers to employment—past mistakes, recovery journeys, disabilities, or lack of opportunity. Traditional job pathways often aren't accessible to them.
Fresh Start exists to bridge that gap. We believe that meaningful work restores dignity, and that shared tables build the kind of community where transformation happens.

Some customers and community members are also part of relational gatherings called HeartFire Circles, where shared Scripture, prayer, and hospitality deepen faith and connection. The practice of Breaking Bread Together extends what begins at Fresh Start into spaces of spiritual formation and discipleship.
